🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Outsourcing & Recruitment 🚨 Position: Business Development Executive (Outsourcing & Recruitment) Location: Dubai Salary: Attractive, based on experience Immediate Joiner preferred Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Recruitment / Outsourcing / Staffing within the UAE with a strong database. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business leads and onboard clients for outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing services - Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements - Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful delivery What We’re Looking For? - Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a UAE-based HR Consultancy, specifically in business development for outsourcing/recruitment - Demonstrated ability to bring in new outsourcing or staffing clients - International recruitment or outsourcing exposure is an added advantage
