🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Sales Executive – OOH (Out-of-Home Advertising) 📍 Dubai, UAE | Sky Blue Group Do you love billboards more than your ex? Ever sat on a bus, seen an ad on the seat back or bus shelter, and thought "I could sell that"? Then we need to talk. Sky Blue Group is on the lookout for a Junior Sales Executive to join our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising team — covering billboards, buses, and bus stations across Dubai. If you can turn "no" into "let me think about it" into "where do I sign," this is your stage (literally, it might be a bus). What you'll be doing: 📌 Hunting for new OOH advertising clients and building relationships that last longer than a 2-week ad campaign 📌 Pitching prime billboard, bus, bus shelter, and outdoor media spaces like your life depends on it (commission does) 📌 Working closely with the sales team to close deals and hit targets 📌 Staying on top of market trends so you always know the best spot before your competitor does What you bring: ✅ 0–2 years of sales experience (OOH/media/advertising background is a big plus, but hunger matters more) ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can sell ice to a snowman, or ad space on a snowman if we had one ✅ A valid UAE driving license is a MUST (you'll be out meeting clients across the city, not just double-tapping LinkedIn posts — no license, no application, sorry!) ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection (it's sales, not everyone says yes on the first call)
