Global Medical City hospital is hiring OPD Manager Role Description: The Outpatient Manager will oversee the daily operations of outpatient services, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising patient care processes, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and implementing operational improvements. The role also requires fostering a positive patient experience and ensuring effective communication between departments to optimize workflow and service delivery. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * 10-15 years of experience in OPD specially in healthcare, 3 years at least as OPD Manager. * Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and support multidisciplinary teams. * Solid knowledge of healthcare operations, outpatient services, and compliance with regulatory standards. * Experience in customer service and patient satisfaction within healthcare settings. Location: Nasr City Working Hours: 5D / 8H 2 Days Off
