Hiring: Blue-Collar Recruiter – Bulk Recruitment (India) We are looking for an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter with a strong background in handling high-volume recruitment drives across India, particularly for overseas manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities: -Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment drives across various locations in India. -Source and recruit blue-collar workers such as technicians, electricians, helpers, welders, drivers, and other skilled and unskilled manpower. -Coordinate with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and local sourcing partners. -Organise interviews, trade tests, document verification, and candidate mobilisation. -Ensure timely deployment of candidates based on project requirements. -Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet recruitment targets. Requirements: -Proven experience in blue-collar and bulk recruitment in India. -Experience handling high-volume hiring for overseas markets, preferably the UAE or GCC. -Strong network of recruitment agencies and manpower sourcing channels across India. -Excellent coordination, negotiation, and candidate management skills. -Willingness to travel within India for recruitment drives 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 📩 Interested
